1 pound butter
1 pound brown sugar
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Rum or Brandy
Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, brown sugar and vanilla ice cream together. Put into container with tight fitting lid and freeze.

For each serving, spoon one heaping teaspoonful of the basic mix into a cup, add one jigger of rum or brandy and fill cup with hot water.

I have made these for a couple of open houses in the past and they are always well received. Plus the convenience of just having them ready in your freezer is great for the holidays.
