3/4 lb ground pork
1/4 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 onion (cut fine)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt
cold water - add enough to make it soft. Mix well

1 T. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour sifted
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder (heaping)
3 dashes nutmeg
1 T. sour cream (thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix into a dough, adding flour as needed. To keep from getting sticky roll out on floured board until thin adding flour as needed. Cut in squares 4-6". Place meat mixture in each square. Fold dough oven pinch down edges to seal. Fry in deep fat turning constantly. Done when golden brown
