Dough:
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
milk or water to make stiff dough to roll

Filling:
2 c. dry or regular cottage cheese
2 eggs
onion
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough and stuff with filling, pinch sides together.

Cook in boiling salt water. Fry or brown bread crumbs in butter before serving.
