1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 cup bottled taco relish*
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup flour
2 cups grated jack cheese
1 7-oz. cans whole green chiles, seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown pork until crumbly and well done, about 20 minutes. Add onion and saute until transparent. Drain fat. Add taco relish and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Beat together milk, eggs and flour and add cheese. Layer chiles, pork mixture, cheese and egg mixture in a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Repeat layers ending with cheese and egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.*

An 8-oz. can stewed tomatoes and 1 pkg. Mexican rice seasoning mix can be combined as a substitute for taco relish if desired.
