2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and picked over
1 small orange
1 3oz package lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely grind cranberries. Quarter and seed orange and grind; add to cranberries. Mix gelatin and sugar together; add to boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Stir in OJ, Refrigerate until slightly jelled. Add cranberry/orange mixture and chopped nuts, mix well. Pour into 6 1/2 cup decorative mold; let set for 4 hours or overnight. Unmold onto lettuce leaves. Serve with a dressing of mayonnaise and lemon rind mixed and thinned with OJ.
