1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. sweet paprika
3 tbsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to mix. (Actually, you hands work better than a spoon or whisk, use you fingers to break up any lumps of brown sugar)

Store rub in an airtight container away from heat or light; it will keep for ay least 6 months

This rub is used for both, Beer Can Chicken, and Baby Back Ribs recipes, or can be used for any grilled beef chicken or pork.
