1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb. uncooked manicotti shells
2 16-oz. jars spaghetti sauce, divided
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 cup (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 375º.

Rub garlic powder over chicken, and then cut into 1" strips. Stuff chicken into manicotti shells. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in each of two greased 13" x 9" baking dishes. Place 8 stuffed manicotti shells in each dish. Sprinkle with sausage and mushrooms, Pour rest of spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle water around edges of each dish. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cover and bake for 65-70 minutes.

If wanting to freeze: Cover and freeze remaining casserole for up to one month. Thaw in refrigerator. Bake as directed.
