3 cups of mashed or riced potatoes
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp. cream
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Boil potatoes, rice or mashed
Set in refrigerator over night.
Take 3 cups of potatoes, 1 cup flour, 6 T. cream,
3 T. melted butter, and 1 tsp. salt Mix together
Take 1/3 cup and make into ball and put back in
refrigerator. Roll out and bake at 400-450 on a
lefsa grill. Brown on both sides, then put in dish towel till done.
