2 pound tater tots
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound velvetta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef fried
1/2 package of taco seasoning, salt and pepper
2-3 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Cook beef with taco seasoning, salt and pepper, until cooked through. Mix sour cream, milk, onion, salt, pepper and soup. Pour over tater tots. Top with velvetta cheese then cooked hamburger. Mix cornflakes and melted butter and put on top. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350.

For breakfast casserole: Use smoky links or sausage instead of beef. You could also use crushed doritos on top instead of cornflakes with butter.
