24 oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
12 oz, can evaporated milk
Yellow Cake Mix (dry unmixed)
1 cup melted margarine or butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top. Pour one cup melted margarine or butter on top of cake mix. Sprinkle the 1 cup chopped nuts on top. Bake about one hour at 350 degrees. Remove before one hour if topping begins to burn. Serve with cool whip.
