2 C. fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
1 C. long-grain white rice
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 C. sliced green onions
2 T. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a med. saucepan, stir in white rice. Cover and cook 20 min. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in butter and salt. Combine cilantro, green onions and fresh lime juice. Add to rice. Stir well.
