1 pound ground chuck
1 egg
1 cup crushed crackers
oregano (optional)
1 small can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup grated cheese (your choice)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground meat, egg crackers and oregano. Pat into pie pan. Spread tomato paste over meat mixture. Sprinkle mushrooms and cheese over tomato mixture. Bake 35 minutes in 350º oven.
