1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
2 Tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into buttered baking dish (about 1 1/2 quart size). Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º.

I sprinkle extra cracker crumbs over top before baking for extra crunchy!
