1/2 lb Bacon
1/4 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Pine Nuts
2 lbs Brussel Sprouts, cored and shredded
3 Green Onions
1/2 Tsp Season Salt

Cook Bacon until crisp, drain oil, reserving 2 tbsp of grease, crumble bacon and set aside.
In the same skillet melt butter with bacon, add pine nuts, cook till browned.
Add brussel Sprouts and green onion to pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until tender aprx. 10 - 15 minutes.
Stir in bacon just before serving.
Move into a casserole
