2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 T. oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
4 t. baking powder

1 c. brown sugar
4 t. cinnamon
4 T. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. butter, melted

Grease and flour 13 X 9 cake pan. Mix beaten egg, milk, and oil.
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly mix dry ingredients to liquid mixture. I do this by hand. Next, mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 of cake batter into pan, then
1/4 to 1/3 topping mixture. Keep alternating layers; batter/topping, ending with topping. Bake 375 degrees for 30 -35 mins. Be sure to check for doneness. Do not overbake.

Personal Notes:
I started making this in about the 8th grade for weekend breakfasts. Then later made an extra large batch for work.
It was always a big hit. It was originally one of Mom's recipes, where she got it, I have no idea.
