2 cups flour
1/2 lb. strong cheddar (white) grated in processor
1/2 lb. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seeds
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a processor using steel knife.
Roll into hot dog size rolls and wrap in foil.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice into 1/4" rounds.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10 minutes.
May be frozen.
