Mannicotti shells
1 pound hamburger
1 egg
1/2 pound mozzarella
3 slices moist bread, broken
1/2 C. milk
Favorite tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil. Add shells and boil 8-9 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Brown hamburger and drain grease. Let cool. Add to this 1 egg, mozzarella, bread, and milk. Mix with hands. Carefully stuff shells. Lay in baking dish, pour tomato sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until hot and cheese is melted. 20-30 minutes at 350º.
