2 Bunches Mustards
1 pkg Smoked Turkey Legs
1 med. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 chopped Red Onion
1 clove Garlic minced1
1 tsp. of Red Pepper Flakes
Garlic Salt to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cut and  clean greens.In large pot cook onions pepper and garlic in butter till brown. Add turkey legs, 1/2 cup water, and cleaned greens, salt to taste, simmer till tender.
