2 T. Olive Oil
1 Med. Onion, Chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 C. tomato paste
1 can red beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 C. beef broth
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 28-oz can stewed tomatoes
1/3 C. chili powder
1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cardamom
ketchup or brown sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1st. 5 ingredients until soft in a large pot. Brown the hamburger and drain. Add to pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until done.
