4 cans Evaporated milk
1 qt. Half & Half
1 qt. sweet milk
2 tbsp. of cornstarch mixed in warm water
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 - 6 large eggs well beaten(I use 4- 6 depending on size)
2 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Mix all above ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Constantly stir mixture until it comes to bubble or thicken. Remove and let cool. normally will stir cornstarch mixture in just before the custard bubbles or boils. This make about 1 1/2 gals.
