4 to 5 cups flour
2 packages yeast (Red Star)
cup sugar
tsp. salt
2/3 cup water
cup butter
1/3 cup half & half
2 eggs

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt; mix well. In saucepan, heat water, butter, and half & half until warm (120-130 degrees; butter does not need to melt). Add to flour mixture. Add eggs. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 3 to 5 minutes. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and double, about 1 hour.

2 cups flour
1 cups sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks

Mix. Put on dough before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
