Cooking spray
1 tsp. vegetable oil
½ cup uncooked long grain rice
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. ground red pepper
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
1-1 ¼ cups water

Directions:

Spray skillet. Add oil and place over medium heat. Add rice and onion, sauté for 3 minutes. Add tomato and remaining ingredients to rice mixture. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 minutes.
