1 3-4 lb. chuck roast
Flour
Potatoes - cut up
Carrots - cut up
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1-1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.

Dredge roast in flour.

Stir soup mix into 1-1/2 cup water. Place meat, potatoes and carrots in cast iron skillet with lid. Pour soup mix over meat. Cover and bake about 1-1/2 hours.
