6 slices white bread, crust removed
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 tsp. prepared mustard
¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ¼ cups of milk
⅔ cup half-and-half
¼ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line a buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish with bread.
Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium heat until browned; stirring occasionally. Drain well. Add mustard, stirring well. Spread sausage over bread; sprinkle with cheese.
