4 Tbsp. butter - melted
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Dash cayenne
Dash nutmeg
2 cups milk (whole)
8 oz. macaroni - large elbow
1/2-lb. sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
Dash paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

In microwave, melt butter. Stir in next 8 ingredients. Add milk. Cook 3 minutes and whisk. Repeat until consistency of white sauce.

Cook macaroni as instructed. Put in buttered (or olive oiled) baking dish. Add cubed cheese. Stir in sauce. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake 30-40 minutes.
