2 Lbs. cubed meat: pheasant, duck, venison, beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream mushroom soup
1-2 can mushrooms
5 or 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. uncooked wild rice ( soak ahead)
3 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, celery and onion. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in uncovered casserole at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
