Green onions
1 bell pepper - diced
3 vine-ripened tomatoes - diced
Mushrooms - sliced
Carrot - thinly sliced
1 bag (6 oz.) Craisins
1 pkg. crumbled bleu cheese

DRESSING:
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
In Good Seasons cruet. On bottom: Balsamic vinegar. Then water. Then olive oil. After shaking with mix, add 1/4" - 1/2" red wine vinegar past top line of cruet.

Combine all salad ingredients and toss with dressing.

THE DRESSING IS BEST IN A DAY OR TWO, SO MAKE AHEAD,
