shoulder ham (preferred, but any will do)
molasses
1 bottle coke (or anything sweet)
cane syrup
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together. Using an injector, inject the mixture into the ham (leave it in its wrap) and let marrinate over night.

Simmer the ham in a large pot filled with water, remainder of mixture and other sweetened liquid. Simmer for 3 hours.

Remove ham from pot. Place in roasting pan. Cover with brown sugar. Place in oven till brown sugar is melted and ham is browned.
