1 lb beef stew meat (lean) 2 bouillon cubes
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 c boiling water
2 medium onions
2 c diced potatoes
2 t paprika
1 carrot, diced
1/8 t pepper
Dash thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes and brown with light amount oil. Add minced sliced onions, seasonings, and the bouillon cubes dissolved in the hot water. Cover and simmer 2 ½ hours. Add 1 c tomato juice, carrot and potatoes. Cook 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
