1 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
10 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat very thin. Mix all ingredients well. Dip meat in sauce and pack in glass dish. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours. Put on foil and bake in oven for 6-8 hours at 150 degrees-200 degrees. Leave oven door open a crack. Turn occasionally.
