1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. water
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
6 corn tortillas (6") cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until well browned. Stir in soup, salsa, water and beans. Heat to a boil. REduce heat to low and cook for 5 min. Stir in tortilla pieces. Top with cheese

Variation: Use chicken in place of ground beef, black beans instead of kidney and add 1/2 tsp. cumin.
