1 c. Butter
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
5 qt. Popped Corn
3 pks Almonds
2 pks (5oz) Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, salt in heavy sauce pan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Let boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Quickly stir until coated. Pour into 9x13 or larger pan.
Bake at 250º until dry (approx 1-1/2 hours) Stir every 20 minutes
Remove from oven and spread apart (if necessary). Store in air tight container
