One large flank steak trimmed
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 beer (dark best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Place meat in zip lock bag, pour mixture over, place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours best over night, grill until med rare and slice thin.
