12 Large Tomatoes
4 Large Bell Peppers
4 Large Onions
3 Jalapeņo Peppers
1-6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
1/4 c Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Oregano
5 Red Peppers (HOT)
4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

Chop all veggies and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until thick. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Simmer lids 10-15 minutes before putting on jars. Tighten lids. No water bathing required.
