10 lb. Red Potatoes
18 Eggs
1 Large Onion
6 Celery Ribs
5 Small Sweet Pickles
1 qt. Miracle Whip
1/4 c Mustard
3 tbsp. Mustard Seed
1 tsp. Basil
2 tsp. Parsley
Salt and Pepper
4 oz. Drained Pimentos (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes with skins on. Cook until toothpick goes into potato easily. Boil eggs. Peel potatoes and eggs. Chop potatoes and eggs into bite size pieces. Chop up celery, onion, and pickles. Mix miracle whip, mustard, mustard seeds, basil, and parsley. Toss all together. Add salt and pepper (optional).
