4 Eggs
1 Stick Oleo
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 c Boiling Water
1 c Sifted Flour
Filling (pudding or whatever you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Add oleo and salt to boiling water and reduce heat. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms ball around spoon, leaving the pan clean. Remove from heat. Add one egg at a time, beating very thoroughly after each egg. Continue beating until mixture is thick and shiny and breaks from the spoon. Shape on ungreased cookie sheet, using one teaspoon or tablespoon of pastry for one puff. Bake 20 minutes at 450º. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 20 minutes longer. Cool. Make slit on one side of each puff and fill with pudding or whatever you like.

To make éclairs, shape cream puff paste into strips 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. Bake the same as cream puffs. Fill with whatever you desire. Spread chocolate icing on top.
