2 cups of cooked Quinoa
1 cup of cooked black beans
1 clove chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 Tablespoons ground flax
ground pepper to taste
olive oil
molasses
apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all but last 3 ingredients into a food processor. Process until ground beef like consistency. Form into individual patties. add olive oil to skillet. In separate bowl, mix molasses and vinegar. Spoon 1one tsp. of molasses mixture over eash side of patty. Fry in oil 4 minutes each side. Serve on favorite bun.
