3 T. butter, melted
1 lb. boneless top loin, cut into strips
1 1/4 c. Bisquick©
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Dip pork into egg mixture; then dip into dry mixture. Place in a pan with 1 T. of butter. Drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake uncovered 30 - 35 min.
