Ingredients:  
1 can condensed milk
1 - 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 oz. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in condensed milk in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat, cooling slightly. Add 5 oz. of peanut butter chips to the mix. Blend well. Pour into an 8" square pan. Combine the remaining peanut butter chips and heavy cream until chips are melted. Pour over the mix in the pan and cool.
