2 broiler fryers - 3-4 lbs.
1/2 cup butter - melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Additional curry powder
Ginger
Marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, skin-side up, in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with curry and ginger, about 1/2 tsp. each. Crush a pinch of marjoram and sprinkle on chicken. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Combine butter, honey, mustard and 1 tsp. curry powder; mix thoroughly. Pour over chicken and bake for 1-1/4 hours. Baste every 15 minutes.
