10 lb can Applesauce (6 lb 12 oz can)
4-5 C Sugar
5 lbs Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cranberries with 1 quart of water until most are popped. Put cranberries through sieve to get skins out. Put cranberries back into pan, add sugar and warm until all dissolved. Add applesauce and stir. Pat cranberries and applesauce through food processor to smooth further. Spread onto "Baggies" brand bags (plastic) and dehydrate for about 12 hours. Roll-up baggies when roll-up's are warm. Cut into sizes you would prefer.
