1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix sugar, water, salt, egg whites in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water. Beating well with hand mixer, at least 7 minutes, until stiff peaks form, add vanilla and continue to beat until spreadable
