1 med. zucchini, halved and sliced (about 1 cup)
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 7-oz. can whole sweet corn, drained
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley/or cilantro

DRESSING:
1/2 cup purchased oil & vinegar salad dressing
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:

Mix all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients. Spoon dressing on, mix & chill.
