1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup grated unpeeled zucchini
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 bake approx 15 minutes
Beat sugars and egg, stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients and stir well, add raisins and nuts. Drop by Tablespoons on greased cookie sheet.
