DRESSING:
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
(double for large salad)

SALAD:
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 roasted chicken, chopped or torn into bite-size pieces
Sow peas
Green onions, chopped
Rice sticks or wontons
Cilantro
Slivered almonds

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients.
Combine salad ingredients.

Add dressing right before serving.
