1 12-oz. pkg. good-quality chocolate chips
4 egg yolks
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup soft butter
3 tsp. instant coffee powder
4 Tbsp. brandy
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth. Beat in butter a little at a time. Dissolve coffee in brandy; add vanilla. Combine brandy mixture with egg mixture. Add chocolate & mix well. Chill well. When hardened, shape into small balls and roll in chopped pecans. Chill about one hour before serving. Serve cold.
