2 cups cold 2% milk
2 pkg (4 serving size eack) Jell-o Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 Oreo Pie Crust
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip,thawed and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute; mixture will be thick.
Spoon 1-1/2 cups of the pudding onto the bottom of the crust. Gently stir 1/2 of the whipped topping into remaining pudding.
Spread over pudding in the crust; top with remaining cool whip.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
