4 finely chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together in a small bowl, refrigerate for sereval hours to blend flavors and enjoy on your baked potatoes.

We don't eat baked potatoes at our house without this doctored up sour cream. Christmas ( about 1975 ) was the first time Mom made prime rib and baked potatoes with this sour cream.....it was my all time favorite and I make the same dinner every Christmas for my family, along with her dinner rolls. Rocky ,Andy, and Matt all look forward to this once a year dinner.
