1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pouch (2 ounces) dry onion soup mix
6 small-medium red potatoes, halved
6 medium carrots cut in 2 inch pieces
3--3 1/2 pound boneless round or chuck roast
Directions:
Directions:
Stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix, potatoes & carrots in 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add beef & turn to coat. Cover & cook on low 8-9 hours or until beef is fork tender (or on high 4-5 hours). Serves 6.
