1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Add milk and mix well. Either use a double boiler on low to medium heat, stirring often until boiling and thickened. OR FAST METHOD: Do as above except use heavy saucepan instead of double boiler. Stir constantly on medium-high heat about 15 minutes until boiling and thickened. Add butter or margarine to taste. Pour over hot biscuits and enjoy!!!

*Remember, this is gravy, not pudding. You don't want it too thick.
You can use water for part of the milk and it won't be quite as rich.
